Fill in accurate information and click on Score my Quiz.  You will then see a page like this:

Here’s where it gets tricky, you MUST complete one of the offers to move on, or you will be stuck in an infinite loop. Choose a free offer and fill it out.  After that I was brought to this:

Wait for the page to fully load, give it another 30 seconds, submit it and then cleare cookies. You should be credited in about 5 minutes.
